For the longest time, I struggled to find happiness in my day to day life ~ I wanted it so badly, but I felt lost. With time and wisdom from those whom I care for, I have finally realized my own strengths, passions, and interests, making happiness achievable.

Not only can you become "happy" from vitamin D, but I believe there is a wide array of options that may improve our well-being and help us to achieve the happiness we all deserve.
